Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please note: Since some of our products are sourced from Ghana, processing times may vary depending on inventory availability.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Extended Shipping (International or specialty items): 7–21 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high demand or carrier issues.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

We currently ship within the United States and select international locations.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Black Emb3rs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information
If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address. Please double-check your information before placing your order.
