Refund policy


At Black Emb3rs, we take pride in providing high-quality, natural products. Due to the nature of our skincare items, we have the following return and refund policy in place.

Returns  
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. If your item is unused and in its original condition, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact us at blackemb3rs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds  
Refunds are only issued if:
- You received a damaged product  
- You received the wrong item  

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items  
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number  
- Clear photos of the item  

We will review and send a replacement or issue a refund.

Exchanges  
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please place a new order.

Shipping Costs  
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
